2000 Donated one of his original works in pencil to the Ermita de la Carida Shrine in Miami
1995 Donated one of his original pieces to Willy Chirino Foundation to benefit abused children
1995 Recognized by the military personnel of the Naval Fleet Manchu, USA with a diploma and three medals in  
        honor of his labor to promote Cuban Art
1994 Creates the first arts group by Cubans in the Guantanamo Naval Base, called " Libertad"
1994 Leaves Cuba in a raft and is taken to Guantanamo Naval Base, where the US authorities build an art gallery
        for his work.
